We have an extremely exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role working for leading charity as a Customer Services and Administration Lead. You would be instrumental in the smooth running of the administration function by leading from the front and developing and leading the team.

Ideal candidates will have a strong leadership background in customer services, and preferably within the charity sector. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers and guaranteeing that strong relationships are built.

A key part of the role will be to help improve and develop directorate planning, strategy and policies; ensuring that organisational objectives are met.
