Events Coordinators – Educational Events, Conferences and Seminars

We are looking to speak to events professionals with the desire and experience to manage their own programme of events and lectures. Our clients are leading professional institutes and royal colleges with ambitious programmes of events and conferences planned for 2022, both on-line and, hopefully, in person.

It’s essential to have some experience running webinars or live streaming events as well as coordinating/assisting with traditional events. We need applicants with excellent planning and logistics skills, the ability to solve problems and think on their feet! Successful applicants will have a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience. A background in academic lectures, events and conferences would be an advantage but is not essential.
