Office Coordinator – Admin & Membership

We are working with an international membership body in the commodities and trading sector and are looking for an administrator to join their London office, based in the heart of the City.

You’d be taking on an extremely varied role as part of a small and friendly team and excellent training and development opportunities will be provided. As well as helping to ensure the smooth running of the office you will take charge of their social media accounts, assist with event planning and logistics, project support and deal with student enquiries and enrolment.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 18 months of administrative experience and ideally some experience with marketing, communications or social media. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator and a true multitasker with a proactive, can-do attitude. This would be great opportunity for an administrator looking to take the next step in their career and learn new skills while managing a portfolio of their own projects.
