Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator -25 Hours

Our client, a well-established publishing house, are looking for an enthusiastic and switched-on Receptionist / Administrator to join their team! They are looking for someone to join them in the office on a part-time basis of 5 hours every day.

The duties of this role will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all calls and visitors to the building
  • Managing deliveries and post
  • Providing general administrative support to the Office Manager

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 12 months office-based experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A positive and willing attitude
