Temp to Perm Receptionist
Our client, a leading professional medical body, is looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to cover their front-of-house function on a temporary to permanent basis, working in their Central London offices on a full time basis. In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors entering the building and will provide front-of-house support as well as a comprehensive reception service, playing a key role in the facilitation of conferences.
Duties within the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling phone calls and a busy switchboard, dealing with enquiries with professionalism
- Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth running of the reception
- Setting up meeting rooms and supporting with meetings and conferences as appropriate
- Various administration support for other colleagues
- Ensuring facilities and health and safety requirements are followed and kept up to date
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 12 months professional services reception/front-of-house experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Comfortable commuting to the office 5 days a week
