About LUPC
LUPC is a not-for-profit organisation owned by its members, for its members, dedicated to delivering value in procurement while ensuring societal and environmental responsibility. They are one of six regional higher education purchasing consortia in the UK working collaboratively alongside other specialist sector purchasing organisations. Together they tender and manage more than 100 framework agreements compliant with the procurement regulations for their members to use.
Established in 1968, LUPC’s membership is made up of universities and colleges of higher and further education, as well as other not-for-profit organisations in the education, arts, science, charity, and wider public sectors.
