Case Worker (9 month FTC )

One of our clients, a central London based watchdog and lobbying organisation is looking for a switched on and experienced case worker to join their team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

They need someone who has experience in a similar environment, dealing with complaints, progressing cases and responding to appellants in a timely manner.

Duties might include:

  • Working on database to log complaints
  • Investigating complaints – fact gathering and analysis
  • Responding to appellants and maintaining records
  • Working closely with Policy Team
  • Undertake research
