Policy Adviser

We are looking for an experienced Policy Adviser to join our client, a standards-setting public sector organisation within the health and social care field.

The ideal candidate would be available to start early in the New Year, and for at least three months.

The main purpose of this very interesting and varied role would be in research, develop and maintain all aspects of policy within relevant fields.

Duties would include;

• To conduct regular reviews of policy developments
• Be up to date on relevant legislation relating to regulatory bodies
• Contributing to policy focused projects and promote good practice
• To develop, monitor and review policy positions and provide policy briefings
• Research, drafting and analysis

To be considered you will need to have a solid background within policy, and the ability to develop policy proposals from detailed research (both qualitative and quantitative), and have excellent communication skills.
