Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Logging calls/tickets and routing service requests
- Delivering first-level IT support when needed
- Prioritising tasks and managing urgent requests
- Building strong customer relationships
- Collaborating with teams across departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Call centre and ticket logging experience beneficial
- Confident and courteous telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively
