Membership Services Administrator
Our client, a respected membership organisation, is seeking a proactive Membership Services Administrator to join their busy team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth administration across the full membership lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate CRM and membership directory records
- Respond promptly and professionally to member enquiries
- Support member recruitment and retention activities
- Assist with regional and central committee administration
- Help deliver member events, meetings, and training
- Act as first point of contact by phone, email, and in person
- Support general office operations and wider team needs
About You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, friendly telephone manner
- Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365; CRM experience desirable
- A collaborative team player with initiative and drive
- Experience in a membership or not‑for‑profit environment is a plus
