Project and Funding Officer – 28 Hours

Published by Covent Garden on

Our client is an independent not-for-profit organisation focusing on policy and research projects tackling climate change and nature loss. They are going through a particularly busy time at the moment and are looking to take on a highly organised and proactive Proposals Officer on a rolling temp contract until late March 2027.

We are keen to speak to candidates with experience in the not-for-profit sector with a good understanding of grants and funding processes.

Key duties will include:

  • Coordinate and submit funding and tender applications.
  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and costings.
  • Manage proposal documentation and tracking systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and SharePoint files.

Immediate interviews are available and this would be a great fit for candidates ready to start working straight away. The successful candidate will have an interest in climate policy and sustainability as well as previous budgeting experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with funder terms and conditions.
