Our clients, working across the third sector and within legal organisations in Central London, are looking for bright, enthusiastic, and experienced front‑of‑house professionals to join their teams on an ad‑hoc basis.

These roles offer the chance to support meaningful work within charities, non‑profits, membership organisations, and legal environments, while gaining excellent administrative and customer‑facing experience. Responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional and professional reception service.
• Operate the switchboard efficiently.
• Booking and setting up meeting rooms, seminars, and events as necessary.
• Deal with correspondence appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Provide general assistance and administration to the wider team.

Successful candidates will have:

• Minimum of 6 months working within office based admin or front-of-house.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
• Have worked with databases.
